Shipping/Handling/Labeling Guidelines

Include an iventory of all artworks submitted. The top of the page nust have the schools name, address and the phone number, bellow include: student name, title of artwork and the teachers name. 

Two-Dimensional Instructions:

• 2D artwork must have

  • the name tag fixed to the back, and

• 2D artwork should arrive properly packaged and labeled.

• 2D artwork that is matted should be done in a neutral color, such as Black, White, or Gray.

• 2D artwork needs to be hanging ready. All matted work must be backed. o All canvases must be wired. o All paintings/drawings on board or other large/bulky works must have wire attached and ready to hang.

• Packing materials must have the School Packaging Tag attached and visible outside the portfolio/box.

• Framed artwork/photos should be ready to hang with wires.

• Framed artwork/photos with glass need to be buble wrapped and packaged in a cardboard box..

Three-Dimensional Instructions:

• All 3D artwork must have

  • the name tag fixed to the work or attached via a string tag.

• All 3D artwork should be properly boxed as if shipping by mail. Shipping materials must have the school name and address visibly written outside the box.

REMINDER
Important: All exhibition artwork must include a fully completed Exhibitors Label (PDF) and Exhibitors Disclaimer (PDF).

Shipments postmarked after February 06, 2027, will not be accepted.

Hand Delivery Instructions: All artwork invited for exhibition may be hand delivered to the Corn Center during the following days and times:

February 10th: 12:00 pm –04: 00 pm

February 11th: 12:00 pm –04: 00 pm

February 12th: 12:00 pm –04: 00 pm
February 15th: 12:00 pm –04: 00 pm
February 16th: 12:00 pm –04: 00 pm

Shipping Instructions: All artwork invited for exhibition may be shipped pre-paid POSTMARKED by February 06, 2027.
